What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website, or app?

We do not collect information from visitors of our site or other details to help you with your experience.

When do we collect information?

How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Third-Party and Remarketing

Google Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics, one of the most popular and trusted analytics solutions, to help us to understand how people use our website. It does this by tracking such information as to how long people spend on our website, the pages they visit, the website that referred them to our website, and other aggregate data. We do this so that we can make improvements to our website and provide a better user experience and more engaging content.

Google AdWords: We may use Google AdWords remarketing which allows us to reach people who have been on our website, and show them adverts relevant to the pages they have visited. This means, after you visit our website, you may be shown ads by Google either within the Google Display Network or Google search results. Google AdWords uses cookies to show ads based on your past visits to websites to provide relevant ads for products and services of interest to you.

Google AdSense: We may use the Google AdSense service to serve to advertise. Facebook Pixel: This involves incorporating a tracking pixel (Facebook Pixel) in the head section of our website, which marks website visitors and recognizes them the next time they visit the social network. The pixel uses browser information, visited websites, and a hashed Facebook ID of the website user. This makes it possible for us to employ retargeting, i.e. to show you relevant Facebook ads about products or services of interest to you.

How to exercise your California rights.  You may exercise your California privacy rights described above as follows:

  • Right to information, access, and deletion. You can request to exercise your information, access, and deletion rights by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to confirm your California residence to process your requests and will need to confirm your identity to process your requests to exercise your information, access, or deletion rights.  As part of this process, government identification may be required.  Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to request on your behalf. To designate an authorized agent to request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government-issued identification.  We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.
  • Request a list of third-party marketers. California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to ask companies with whom they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide certain information about the companies’ sharing of certain personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year (if any).  You can submit such a request by sending an email to [email protected] with “Shine the Light” in the subject line.  The request must include your current name, street address, city, state, and zip code and attest to the fact that you are a California resident.

We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We DO NOT “sell” your Personal Information for money. Rather we may share your information with select marketing partners that pool that information with information from other members of the marketing network to improve marketing outcomes for you. This may constitute a “sale” under the CCPA, and therefore we may have “sold” the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Identifiers, such as contact information, IP address, and other online identifiers;
  • Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as contact information;

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
