Description
Our Display Door BlumSafe has proven to be a very popular design for watch and jewelry collectors and others over the years, but some customers have expressed a need for greater capacity for secure storage and display of larger items, like designer pocketbooks, collectible sneakers, trophies and medals, humidors, top shelf liquors, and other collectibles, even a couple of rifles or shotguns. The BlumSafe Secure Display Cabinet is the answer.
Mounted either freestanding or built into dressing room cabinetry or a closet like our other safes, the Cabinet will secure AND display all your valuables, large or small. The 46 3/8″ tall thick tough polycarbonate window (the stuff bank teller windows is made of) is highly impact resistant and designed to “keep honest people honest”, protecting your items from opportunistic assault, and UV-protective to shield your beloved collectibles like leather handbags and sneakers from sun damage.
Each unit can be customized with shelving, accessories, and lighting options to create the ideal space for your valuables. We even offer a special shelf option that permits both shelf storage and a gun rack at the right side of the shelf for up to three rifles or shotguns, as well as an optional high quality, heavy duty pistol lock box (just under 15 pounds, details below) mounted in the Cabinet bottom, with room for two pistols.
Every cabinet is protected with an advanced, patent-pending cabinet locking system that runs the length of the door, making pry attacks much more difficult. Access to the cabinet is provided by our UL-listed Securam biometric (fingerprint) keypad lock, making the Cabinet also useful in retail or commercial display or storage situations.
The Cabinet comes in “BlumSafe Black” — custom colors are also available (Contact Us). And if you want a solid door with no window panel and a UL-listed S&G keypad lock, that option is available as well.
The Cabinet ships on a pallet. Total Cabinet weight 175 pounds. Anchoring required to wall, cabinet or floor surface. Some sub-components foreign-sourced.

Features
Constructed of 14 gauge steel and features a patent-pending vertical beam, 7-point
locking technology. Lock is protected by a single layer hardplate. The vertical beam locking technology positions the 1/4 inch carriage on end and is fully supported to prevent bending, offering increased security over traditional bolts or bars floating behind a sheet metal door jamb. The locking carriage engages with a 7 reinforced slots to neutralize pry attacks. The external hinges allow 180 degree door opening. The four welded dead bolts work in tandem with the concealed hinge hardware to lock the hinge side in place. For greater security and privacy, select the non-display door option.
The BlumSafe Secure Display Cabinet offers modular, multi-panel, flexible construction with American steel and high quality components throughout. American made not only offers better design and quality assurance over imported safes, but also greater sustainability to the end user.
And if you love to secure AND admire your collectibles through the display door but
don’t want them to be visible when you are not there, you can even order our Smart Glass film option on the window, which turns the window opaque or clear on command. The Smart Glass film can be activated by a smartphone app, Amazon Alexa or as a scheduled activity in an app. NOTE: Transparency for Smart Glass solutions on the market (like this one) is actually about 90% transparent. Requires 2.4GHz WiFi network support. Most modern routers are dual channel, 2.4 and 5 GHz, and support this device.
Dimensions/Assembly
The BlumSafe Secure Display Cabinet is 25 inches wide, 58 inches tall and 15 inches deep. It is customizable with shelves, lighting and other accessories. It ships completely assembled on a pallet. The completed cabinet weighs 175 lbs. The Secure Display Cabinet can be moved to a new location.
Anchoring to the wall, cabinet or the floor is required and all necessary anchoring
hardware is included.

in a different league than cheap imports:

The shipping pricing charged at checkout is just a good faith estimate and will vary depending upon your delivery details. We will contact you after your order is submitted to make any pricing adjustments based on your delivery details. As background, the typical US price range for residential curbside/driveway delivery on a pallet is roughly $400-650, depending upon your location, but if White Glove delivery is chosen, adding individual factors like a lift gate requirement, inside delivery or taking it upstairs often can cost up to an additional $300 approximately, not including certain urban surcharges (e.g., approximately $75 in New York City and Los Angeles). Accordingly, we ask that in the Notes field at Checkout you try to describe your delivery requirements so we can come to an accurate final price (we do NOT make money on delivery, this is all pass-through cost).
Because different customers have different delivery requirements (i.e., more or less expensive, higher or lower level of service, differing locations), we find this process to be fairer to you than to do what most retailers do, and simply embed a maximum, “one size fits all” delivery price into the purchase price of the product (no, you are never getting delivery for free).
